Yeah, I did about 1 1/2 hrs. today and was uncomfortable about half way through. Aside from the hardness in general, there are two specific problems. First, there is extra pressure applied to the underside of my thigh, where it comes off the seat, and second, the seat doesn't go back far enough to accommodate my entire butt. I find myself sitting on the upward incline at the rear. If I move forward off of that, then I feel too close to the handlebar grips.

Today, I plunked my butt into the dead-center of the seat where it belongs, and the pressure on the lower side of my thighs went away but I felt too close to the handle-bars. To distance myself from them I had to tilt my upper body back to 0 degree lean angle, i.e. straight-up-and-down. That is probably as Honda intended (and it's what is shown on cycle-ergo.com for someone of my build, but I find it fatiguing to sit like that. I prefer a 10-15 degree forward lean.
