Finally got around to getting more light on rear of bike. It definitely needed it. I am VERY pleased with the Skene lights! Got a set on my KLR also ,money well spent. For their size these easily out perform much lager lights. The have a flicker at rest & flash when brakes are applied.Made a couple of brackets & mounted to saddle bag bracket bolt. Check em out !

Could you describe the way you connected the lights to the tail light. Did you need to remove the rear tire?

Tapped the wires under the seat. The light kit came with posi-taps. Pretty easy. Also programmable with a couple choices on how the brake light acts .......
