The only other rubber tube is the fuel supply. There is also the fuel guage connection.

No, I'm talking about the pipes that protrude underneath the bike....ie that waste to ground

Decided the third pipe is "the overflow for the overflow" of the cooling system....ie overflow from the plastic reservoir.
