I am only 6' tall.
I think the first issue you are going to face is room for your knees. Unlike other bikes, there is stuff on all Gold Wings in front of your knees. My knees clear but yours may not.

There is a website that shows you diagrams of different bikes with a figure that represents your height. It could help you out.
