If you really want me to, I'll take a pic, but it's pointless.
I mounted my digital gear display just inside the left speaker grille of my F6B.
That's not do-able for an F6C of course.
I attached the Gear Indicator to the left side of the speedometer. Extremely easy to program. Basically drive through the gears and you're good to go! Sorry about the pic, but you get the idea. Red is very bright, even in daylight!!
No velcro. And yes, I did attach directly to the side of the speedo housing. It has a pre-installed double sided tape on the back side. They also provide a small piece of tape if you want to mount from either side. I chose to buy and add 2 extra pieces of double sided foam tape (used for mounting pics and mirrors), for extra protection from vibration and to bring the screen out from the housing. You could also add small pieces at the top (making a wedge) to straighten the angle. I am really happy with this accessory.
