Saddle Bag Brackets?

1640 Views 1 Reply 2 Participants Last post by  Nic
On my VTX I had aftermarket chrome brackets that held the Tourmaster bags off the fenders to protect the paint. I had no luck finding them for the Valk so I applied 3M clear film on the fenders (and elsewhere to avoid chips) wherever the saddlebags touch, but I would still like to protect the paint with a bracket. Is there one available?

Thank you.

Nope, only the oem bracket & stay for the oem saddlebags. But they are not cheap. Best option is to get to a metalworker and ask if they can make something.
Before I installed the oea saddlebags I used skid resistant car pads to keep the soft removable baggs from touching the paint. The magic sticky pad use no glue, are easily removable and keeps everything in place.
