If I read the posts right, these are the highest numbers we have so far:

2014 model year
1431 -- post #45 , page 5
1554 -- post #31 , page 4
1850 -- post#17, page 2

2015 model year
1100 -- post #54 , page 6

I asked Honda how many were made, this is their response:

... The information you are requesting is proprietary information, and we are not able to provide it to you. ...

I find this very interesting, but I'm confused as to how the "serial numbers" run from the 2014-15+ model years. They don't seem to be a numerical extension of the previous year's last number, so do we assume that adding up the highest number from each year gives us an approximation of how many of this F6C model were totally built? Worldwide? Other than color, were there any changes/upgrades at all over the years since '14? I'm also not surprised at Honda's official response to the production numbers request. Isn't it interesting though that I can get the exact number of vehicles produced in the U.S.A., including my '68 GTO convertible (or even an Italian classic Ferrari GTO!), but you can't get equivalent "proprietary" production numbers info from what the Japanese manufacturer, Honda, may consider a sales failure? I'm not trying to say anything negative about anyone, I just find the differences in "corporate philosophy" interesting.

Ashland, MO Red 2015 1100
I've been studying the VIN #'s posted on this site and on the Honda 1800 Valkyrie FBook site, and this report of 1100 for 2015 is a statistical outlier. Would the submitter confirm that as the last digits of their VIN # and not their mileage at the time? I've counted 14 user reports for 2015, and other than this one, the highest was only 228. The Missouri location does however add credibility, as a St Charles, MO dealer still had a large number of VALK 1800's still in the crates in late 2018 when I was shopping...

Strange none of the overseas “F6C” models made post 2015 represented here I’d be curious as to one of those bike VIN’s (if they even DO such a thing)
