I'm 240 and set mine at 10 clicks up from 0 and its plenty firm and does not sag much when I sit on it. Bike has 8,600 miles on it and PO had it set much higher but I don't know how much he weighed and I know they did some 2 up riding.
I really didn't find any difference whether it was on 2, or 20. In the end, I decided to change the spring to a GW progressive spring. The bike rides much better. I have the preload set to 2. I weigh 245lbs.

What is a GW spring? I find very little difference between the settings and would like to soften my ride. Can you provide a link or a part number for what you have? Do you have to change the shock as well?
I wasn't even thinking anything near that. I thought it was a brand or something.....
Still looking for a part number if possible.
