Just find a pair of 1500 Valkyrie Interstate saddlebags and on this photos where circles appears, would like to know where they attached from stays to fenders?

If you feel under the fender, you will see that there is frame under there made of @ 1/2" round bar.

I welded a piece of thin flat bar to the end of the strut and used a hose clamp to hold them together.
