Hi Hollow Man. Congrats on the bike. What's your first mod?
Well, I removed the warning stickers on the tank, along with some random reflectors, then took off the rear grab rails and put in the matching body panels. I got a 20% discount off parts, so I also got the short boulevard windshield I installed and I have the tall windshield for long rides and a passenger backrest too. I have some of the black slip on pipes coming, and a K&N filter. I am debating on the Torq loopz & a power commander. I'd like to powder coat some chrome pieces black, depends on cost though. :D

Im in your boat. I picked up my Valk last week. I even got 20% off accessories.. Ordered over 2 grand in accessories.. 🤣🤣
Ordered pipes the other day. I debated torq loops but I'll wait. A K&N might be coming but Im told getting to the airbox on these is not an easy feat. As for a Power Commander Ive been urged not to get one . I guess the ECU can adjust to pipes and messing with the mapping on these can lead to other problems.
All I can say is Im impressed with these bikes. My only qualm is with no type of shield the air just wants to rip you off the bike. A slight adjustment to the rear shock and Im slamming this pig into twisties at 50..
I would recommend some type of tank grips . I went with Stompgrips . Kuryakryn makes one for the Goldies thatll work on the Valkyries too.

Nice, I was looking for a tank bra but not finding one, so stompgrips may be the answer. In regards to the Power commander/ K&N filter, I've done the same mods-intake, exhaust, tune to all my bikes and it makes a big difference. I saw the video for the air filter and power commander install on this bike and I would do it all at the same time because it looks like a pain.
pipes

what pipes did you put on it. Pictures would be nice.
They are coming in the mail this week, but they are the short black ones I saw someone on here had. See Ebay link

let us know how they sound. Post some pictures when you get them mounted please.
I will, there is a guy on here that posted a pic and a long sound file.
Now grab a can of black plasti dip paint and cover up those shields. Make a big difference in the look.
That's very cool looking!
How loud are they?
Exactly, I have some high heat satin black paint I will be using today hopefully.
Hello All!

I've had my 2014 F6C for a while. Bought it because no one else wanted it. Great motorcycle! Moved from California to Minnesota a couple of weeks ago. There seems to be some folks from the area on here and I am learning what it takes to ride in January!

I look forward to being permitted to view the photos.
