Traded in my 2013 BMW K1300R for a 2015 Valkyrie with just over 9000KM or 5500Mi 2wks ago I have added a backrest, Kuryakyn Hwy pegs and a pingel. I am hoping to find out what other s do on modifications....

J, considering the extremely shallow pool of aftermarket parts, most are just consigned to ride them. as is.

Pretty much, modifications will need to be done on your own. Not much to be had for these biges.

Hi Guys, yes I am noticing that we don't have a whole lot of options. So far I have had to modify the backrest as well as the pingel install.
There is not a whole lot I want to do on mods at the moment so I am fine with that.
I would like to replace the pillion seat with a small luggage rack if you have an idea about that.

I was looking to do same. Ended up removing seat but keeping grab rails. I now just put my bag on the fender between the rails and strap it down. Can put a piece of foam down first if worried about scratching (the bag I use has a padded bottom so not a problem). The ideal though would be a flat plate screwed into the four, capped holes on the grab rails themselves. When I realised I would have to get something fabricated I went the route described above. Not unhappy with it tbh.

Yes I was thinking along the same lines. I may try to build myself some kind of a tray. Maybe I can find some sort of a rack that can be modified so I can bolt it to the grab rails.
