I'm almost an owner. There are no '14s on the island, so on a recent trip we stopped at a dealer near LAX and made a deal on a black ABS. Drove it to San Diego the next morning, to have it shipped on Pasha to Hawaii. The $660 shipping cost still saved me thousands of dollars over the 2015 model locally.
The down side is that I have to wait 3 weeks for the next boat, and the waiting is killing me. In the interim, I ordered Corbin bags. Not crazy about the look, but I need storage. 6-9 week wait for the bags.
Reading every post on this forum is no substitute for riding my bike.
