New member and new Valkyrie owner!
Bought our 2014 Honda Valkyrie about 2 weeks ago. Currently have
about 400 miles on it and love it. Live in NC just west of Moorseville.
Bike is our 2nd in the garage now, other is 2010 Honda GoldWing trike
that we ride when the better half wants to ride with me. The Valkyrie is
dark red and love the color. I've added highway pegs, and wide brake pedal so far.
Getting ready to install the GPS unit this weekend and then to get/install
some LED driving lights in the lower cowl openings. Just not sure what brand/style
to get yet.
We've been riding since 2009. Had 2 Spyder RT limits...which I did not care for.
Then we got the trike and love that. And before the Valkyrie I had a 2013 Honda Interstate. Which I traded for the Valkyrie and so glad I did.
Looking forward to learning lots of things here from everyone else's knowledge.

it would indeed be interesting to see what you ended up doing with the LED's
I dont have the new Valkyrie Yet but at beginning of next summer I will have one.
I am pretty surprised at the mileage that the GL1800 Valk gets, it is better than I get with my 01' GL1800
