I need a new set of tires for the next season , i'm plan to buy the Michelin pilot road 4 , about the front available is 120/19 , guy's what do you think ? People with this front tire size are you satisfied ?

The PR4's will surprise you.
I've found the ride and handling are far better than the OEM's.
Don't worry about the front 120/70 PR4 Trail size, it works great.

Ok good and what is the tires life i can have with the PR4 ? + 10000 miles ?

I don't think there is a guaranteed mileage offered on any cycle tire
I got 7k on the OEM Dunlops, I'm expecting the same or a little more with PR4
Mileage will vary depending on riding style, two up or solo, road condition and speeds, etc...

Just fitted the Michelin commander 2 on mine they now do a 130/60/19 4000klms on the stock tires boy they are garbage !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Its Bias mate they don't do a radial in that size Michelin do that a lot radial rear bias front it works real nice on the Val so far
