I made these. The case was above the grab bars but I could have made it set below just as easy. I no longer use these. I welded up a larger bracket for 3 bags.
I was thinking of just a slatted chrome "floor" between the two grab rails...the height of the rails forming the sides....could look very nice and be very functional too....might talk to a fabricator (but better be sitting down when I get his quote)
