How to remove existing rear fender lid inserts?! 2015 Red Valk...

I got the grab rails off but I have no idea how to get the existing fender lid pieces off the bike??? Can someone give me a hint? Do they remove from under the fender and then the lid covers also install from underneath??

got to remove rear fender they attach to fender from underneath , have fun!:(
