I bought the HPP with roadside assistance for a total of 8 years coverage from NW Honda in Crystal Lake, IL which is where I bought my 12 Goldwing I use to have since we moved to Georgia from Chicago a couple of years ago. Jason the owner is a great guy and the price was $735 (5 year coverage after 3 year factory warranty expires plus roadside) - if interested give him a call at 815-459-1631 and tell him Mark R. from GA referred you. If you don't want roadside - can get 5 years of HPP for $655 My understanding is that the roadside covers you during the normal 3 year warranty too if you buy it in the HPP.
