These pipes are in great shape! Came off my ‘98 Valkyrie GL1500. They will fit ‘97-‘03 Vals
Thanks, I will change this. The pipes came off a ''98 Val.JackB is correct, the '97-03 Valkyrie and '14-'15 Valkyrie have entirely different engines, zero engine parts transfer over.
Here are the Honda Part Numbers:
'97-03 Valkyrie Exhaust:
Honda MUFFLER, R. EX. Part # 18300-MZ0-A02
Honda MUFFLER, L. EX. Part # 18400-MZ0-A02
'14-'15 Valkyrie Exhaust:
Honda PIPE, R. EX. Part # 18150-MJR-671
Honda PIPE, L. EX. Part # 18250-MJR-671
This is directly from Honda's Parts diagrams.
Evidently it was BS, since it's now two years later. It was quite a concept though and much more practical looking. Looks like a hybrid of our Valks and the Gold Wing. I LIKE it.I think this article is pure BS but it is fun to speculate: News: 2020 Honda Valkyrie Rune 1800 to be unveiled by Honda Japan - Adrenaline Culture of Motorcycle and Speed
I very much like it as well. I'm also certain the # of people with a Valk chromosome are way too few for Honda to turn a profit. Can you image a Honda designer telling his boss he wants another shot at building a bike that sold for about half of list value to move them off showroom floors?Evidently it was BS, since it's now two years later. It was quite a concept though and much more practical looking. Looks like a hybrid of our Valks and the Gold Wing. I LIKE it.
