The crankcase breather needs to be checked/drained every 4,000 miles.

The crankcase breather is behind the left cylinder head side cover.

Be sure that you do not try to remove the cylinder head cover!

My crankcase breather tube was visually clear so I did not take the cap off.

There is a metal spring clamp that secures the cap that is easy enough to move up the tube but the cap is in the tube really tight. I do not know how I will eventually get the cap off but at least I am able to check the tube to make sure that it is empty. (There is very little room to work in this area.)

The cylinder head side cover (three large head 6mm socket bolts) is torqued to 7ft·lb. There are two small head 6mm socket bolts on the top middle of the cylinder head side cover. They use the same size socket so I torqued them to 7ft·lb because that is the standard 6mm torque value listed on page 1-10.

My spark plug wires are not routed correctly in the pictures. I fixed that after I put my camera away. You can find the wiring diagram on page 1-26. (Basically, all three spark plug wires need to be secured by that clamp up towards the front.)

Thanks for the review and pictures. The spark plug wires may be squeezed too much under the small wire clamp and cause a ignition problem later with vibration fatigue. Maybe you could make a larger clamp to accommodate both leads or just zip tie the loose spark plug lead.
