2500cc of goodness. Only 750 being made, about 20 coming to Australia.

True. I guess I'm assuming they've ironed that out by now - new engine, new frame, new electronics etc. Time will tell.Cool bike but not very reliable the old ones were troublesome.
I hope your right I like a lot of their bike's and other models also had issues.True. I guess I'm assuming they've ironed that out by now - new engine, new frame, new electronics etc. Time will tell.
I know they've adjusted peg position in the roadster version....looks very similar ergos to the Valkyrie in this picReally bad ergonomics....
Agree. Very sophisticated detailing....like the carefully placed/shaped black section on the muffler for example.I am fascinated with the simplicity in the styling and the coolness factor right here in this area of the new rocket.

Yep. I drool over a lot of stuff but always end up buying Japanese. As a Suzuki dealer once said to me: "If you want to go somewhere, buy whatever you want. If you want to get home again, buy Japanese."I hope your right I like a lot of their bike's and other models also had issues...
agree 100% . had all kinds of bikes but mostly Japanese and none of them ever went to a shop. = just got home from the beach on my 50 Year old Honda CB450 super sport and felt like a kid all over againYep. Yep. After 12 months on a Valkyrie I now think of it as a Roadster. It's how I ride it anyway. Some would laugh at that tag given it's 343kg and 1800cc but it handles well enough to be put in that category IMO. "Muscle Cruiser" definitely doesn't fit to my mind. Looking forward to hopefully test riding the new Rocket and comparing its handling with the Valk's. Triumph are pushing this aspect of it given the old model's "barge" reputation. All I know is it will have to be pretty damm good to compete with the Big V on that score.I like that they went more "Muscle Bike" than "Muscle Cruiser"...
I think you meant gallons. It's 18 litres (Valkyrie is 23 litres for comparison). But yes, another illustration of how the Valkyrie is designed for the person actually riding it rather than the person looking at it4.8 liter fuel tank...
