Amazon. I got a water proof cover for my xr560l for around $25. It's been raining here for months and the bike stays dry. The same company makes covers in many sizes. They aren't bike specific, but you don't really need that.

Just measure your Valk and choose the size that fits the best.

I just bought the Dowco Guardian Weatherall Plus from Amazon in 3X for $94.60. It fits the bike beautifully. Excellent protection, thick material, waterproof. Could not be happier with it. Revzilla does a nice video on it but Amazon was cheaper and my shipping was free.
