I bought this new in the fall of 2018 and have put around 10200 miles on it. It has always been ran easy, I doubt it has ever been above 3000 rpm.....;o) Motor and gear box oil was changed at 500, 2500, and then again at 7000. It has a newer commander II tire on the front and back tire has some tread tread left. I have a new car tire that will fit the back I will throw in too. It has the drivers backrest, saddlebags, trunk, OEM windshield, cup holder, usb port and led lights. It has always been garaged and never let sit in the rain. It has never been dropped or laid over. It may have some minor scuffs here and there from normal use. Warranty until August 2021. Only reason for selling is I want to get something more suited for long road trips. If there is any interest I can post more pictures. Bike is located in central Missouri. Asking $6900 firm. Thanks.

Good price, that will go quickly, even this time of year. Out of curiosity, what size and brand of car tire do you have, and how are you sure it will fit (without any modification?). I've been interested in DSide but unable to find the right tire, definitely don't want one that is shorter and makes the low gear ratio even lower...

Looks like it has forward pegs, too. I see you did the oil change at 500, and now that's eating at me. Maybe I could do that myself. Looks easy enough from the video. I just flipped over 500 myself. Really don't want to take it to Honda for that. Their appointments aren't really set in stone in my experience. A 9:00 a.m. appointment might mean getting it done by 5:00 that day.

Very easy do change your oil and filter.
When I bought my Valkyrie they said that the first oil change should be at 4000 miles.
But if you have the original oil from 2014 maybe it's time to change it.

Like Jack said it is easy to change the oil and filter. If you can do it on a car you can do it on the valk with no problems.

Achilles ATR-K Economist 175/55R17XL 88V Tire. This is what other people have reported running with no problems. They seem like they are kind of hard to get at times.

This has to be you! Nice walkaround. I dig the lights. Was wondering what that was on your frame. Curious how you did that drink holder mount. That's pretty handy. And a very nice luggage rack. That's more what I was looking for, shape-wise. Don't know how you found that and mounted it. You have some nice add-on stuff on that bike! Well worth what you're asking.

The drink holder is one of those cheap ones I think you can get a walmart. It works good though. I bought the back rest setup on ebay for like $35. search for "Backrest Sissy Bar Luggage Rack For Honda Shadow VT600C 1999-2007 VLX600 99-07" I had to drill a couple holes in it to make it work but sure was a lot cheaper then the stock stuff. I did have to buy the OEM saddlebag brackets.
