Hello members and fellow lovers of the Valkyrie. I am the lucky owner of a slightly used (1800 km) 2014 Valkyrie F6C. IT's an absolute dream.
I took it out for a long ride last weekend. Our first long date. The day went perfectly and we both returned safely late at night. Next day, I washed and cleaned the bike, Still no issues.
Following day when I started the bike, the engine sounds are different. It's making a high pitched whine which increase and decreases with throttle.
The bike has not had its first service. I am considering changing the oil myself as the dealership will keep the bike for too long wasting the precious waning days of a short season up here in the North.
Any advice will be highly appreciated.
