I use a tail bag as well.
I just really wanted the Honda bags and concerned If I didn't get them, I never will as the stock is either "out of stock" or single digit quantity and not replenishing.

Farther likes this.

If you can't be a good example, be a WARNING.

That's a sleek and nice looking bag that fits your bike nicely! I really didn't care how my bag looked as it was used daily and served its purpose. It 's now retired and in the landfill. I made a rack and really like the convenience of having all that storage space for a helmet and other things. It's kind of a shame my new Goldwing can't fit two full face helmets in the trunk, but the Valk can.

Very Nice!!! Sharp pair of Honda's!!! I wouldn't want bags either if I was fortunate enough to own two GL1800's.
I very much like the new Wing design, I like everything about it, engine, frame, looks, electronics. I think Honda kind of missed the mark not being able to get helmets inside the trunk, probably a non-rider engineer. I believe they were trying to attract a new generation of younger riders with the improvements. I love the frame and suspension, the bike is really good at everything. I've seen a guy bust some sport bike riders azz in the Brooksville twisties. Skill level also played a part in that. My last bike will be a Goldwing Trunkless tourer DCT.

If you can't be a good example, be a WARNING.

Finally mounted the backrest today, I was waiting for the bags to arrive so I could do it all at the same time. Now they say end of the month for the bags. I was impressed with the solid bar stock and chrome job. Very solid, holes aligned flawlessly. I prefer the solo look although I think this looks good on the Valkyrie. Can't wait for the Honda bags.

If you can't be a good example, be a WARNING.
