Back In The Saddle!

Just purchased a 98 Honda Valkyrie. I know this sounds simple? I'm servicing all the fluids. Which is the bolt for draining the coolant. Thanks

You need to be on the VRCC site for your older Valkyrie. I have owned 4 of the older ones and they are great bikes as long as you drive them often and keep good gas in the carbs. Do yourself a favor and get a factory shop manual. You can buy one on a DVD on E bay for not much $. You can also look on YouTube for a video about how to change that coolant. If it has not had the timing belts changed I would think about doing that too. It is a fairly simple job to do. I bought one with 13k miles but was 15 years old at the time and when I checked the timing belts they actually had bits of rubber from the belts stuck to the idler pulley. Enjoy and stay safe.
